Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the service and availability.

No-call/no-shows may be charged a fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments.
